- Split pkgs with "Add_dependency full" into build and run depends,

|
adding -devel pkgs as builddeps. Almost all packages are converted,
|
|
but probably a few remain.
|
|
|
|
- Make src packages self contained, without requiring to download
|
|
the whole repository.
|
