Piotr Wójcik 6c830941d2 qt5: fix build without wayland
By default, gtk+3-devel pulls in libxkbcommon-devel.
When building with gtk+3(~wayland), without xkb available,
qt5-gui package is missing libXcbQpa.so and more.
