linux3.9: enable CONFIG_BCMA_HOST_PCI and CONFIG_MAGIC_SYSRQ.
CONFIG_BCMA_HOST_PCI: required to use PCI broadcom wireless.
CONFIG_MAGIC_SYSRQ: enabled by popular demand (fixes #74).
