etc/defaults.conf: use -mtune=generic and -fstack-protector-strong by default.
...
- -mtune=generic provides optimizations for generic CPUs.
- -fstack-protector-strong guards against buffer overflows and stack smashing attacks.

New Package: pcsclite - middleware to comunicate to smartcard
...
using the PC/SC protocol
1st step to implement the needed programs to use the italian CRS, might
be useful for many other as the implementation is standard and the
smartcard reader are quite widespread.
