We don't switch to >208 because it's not known how it could affect to ARM, and when
--enable-compat-libs is enabled the build fails surprisingly.

This way the systemd pkg (providing systemd and udev) does not glib nor
gobject-introspection and drops lots of external dependencies for a core pkg.
