systemd-units: remove hwclock, don't run ntpd service in chroot.
...
hwclock service is useless with latest update to the kernel pkg,
system time is set from RTC at boot.
After reading a post from systemd's blog, I've found that running
ntpd in a chroot is not the way with systemd.
