xen: misc fixes/improvements; drop xm/xend (obsolete and replaced by xl).
...
xendomU@.service: use ConditionVirtualization=xen.
*.service: drop Arch specific /etc/conf.d (unneeded).
Remove the DISTDIR workaround when building, just set DISTDIR correctly.
