xorg-video-drivers: always fbdev, vesa only for x86, unify ppc

The fbdev driver is preferred over vesa in general, as it works
with generic framebuffers on all platforms. The vesa driver is
also effectively x86 only (only for machines with VBE). Also,
there is no reason to keep the ppc32 branch separate.
