base-files: re-add dash and drm dracut modules.

- if dash is not in the initramfs 'rd.break' doesn't work.
- if drm is not in the initramfs before systemd-vconsole-setup is called
 the efifb/vga/vesafb -> kms switch breaks font settings in all ttys:
