postfix: revamp template

Browse source 
- Use upstream permissions in $make_dirs
- Enforce upstream permissions in .INSTALL
- Add legacy symlink /usr/sbin/sendmail
- Manpages are installed uncompressed
- Keep /etc/postfix like upstream
