libcaca: enable imlib2 support by default
Without imlib2 support, libcaca only works with BMP format, which is really limited. Additionally, libcaca can be built and work with imlib2 without x11 support. However, since imlib2 already depends on libX11, enabling the x11 backend by default won't add any new dependencies to the package, so we do that. Also add opengl rendering option and do some general linting. Closes: #31717 [via git-merge-pr]
