Simplify template files by removing run_stuff_<stage>_<phase> variables.

Now if a file "$pkgname-runstuff-<stage>-<phase>.sh" exists in
PKGFS_TEMPLATESDIR exists, it's executed automatically. Therefore
templates are simplified a lot.
