threejs-sage: make it available as a jupyter nbextension

Browse source 
Adds a symlink in /usr/share/jupyter/nbextensions, so that the js is
available in a jupyter notebook.

Otherwise, using 3d plots in the jupyter notebook will hit jsdelivr.net.
