EXPIRATION_DAYS is ignored by taskd-pki #4

Because the templates they generate are do not contain that variable.
IMO the pki scripts should be replaced with some j2 templating and then some other scripts. This issue caused my taskserver to be broken because the cert expired, for now I'll just generate new certs as a workaround
